Hatha Flow | YogaTime™ (All Level, 60 mins)
Boost strength, stamina and flexibility in this energetic class with a set sequence of postures that flow from one to another.
Each pose will be held for 5-8 breaths. There will be specific and clear alignment instructions even in this fairly fast moving class. A set sequence allows you to monitor your growth and progress with each class.
Power & Stretch (All Level, 75 mins)
This class includes an invigorating, alignment-based power yoga section, followed by a slow stretch sequence where poses are held for longer periods of time to stimulate fascia, gently stretch muscles, quieten and calm the nervous system.
Build strength, power, flexibility and stamina in these dynamic Hatha yoga classes. Proper alignment cues will be given, with progressive and intelligent sequencing to deepen your experience of yoga asana.

Power 2 - (Level 2, 75 mins)
For students who are familiar with the basic yoga poses and/or have practiced for at least 6 months. Occasionally, introduction and preparatory poses to inversions and more complex poses may be taught.
